A professional designer will create a Brand guide document that you can share with your team, partners and other designers to ensure your brand is portrayed consistently to the world. What you get Brand guide document Your designer will use your logo to develop a brand styleguide you can use to make sure your branding is used consistently across all your marketing channels. Logo usage guidelines Do's and don'ts for how your logo should be used, including size and spacing requirements. Brand colours Summary of your brand colors and color codes in RGB, CYMK and HEX format - all you need to expand your brand online or in print. Typography Definition of your brand's font styles and how they can be applied across your brand. About A summary page for your business information and mission statement. Up to 2 revisions Your designer will gain an understanding of your brand needs and then develop a brand guide concept with up to two rounds of revisions. Ready in 5 days Your design professional will be ready to begin working right away! Once you've provided your logo, assets and instructions, the design should be completed in 5 days. Brand application Mock-ups for how your branding could be applied to a business card, in an app or other applications.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Instructions: When booking a service, select a date and time for your consultation. If you only need design services, select a preferred deadline or any convenient date. Submit the design request form linked or separately before placing your order. We will confirm your booking upon receipt of your form. To skip the form, select a consultation time, and we’ll handle the rest. Cancellation Policy: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We aim to accommodate changes as needed. Intellectual Property and Design Rights Ownership and Copyright: Final designs are fully owned by the client upon approval. We retain rights to use these designs in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All designs are protected by copyright laws. Revisions and Upgrades: Service packages include a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions require extra charges or an upgrade to a higher service plan. Client Responsibilities: Respect and Communication: Provide clear project descriptions and timely feedback. Timely Feedback: Delayed feedback can impact timelines. Realistic Expectations: Allow five to seven business days for print projects to account for design, approval, and shipping. Refunds and Satisfaction: We strive for client satisfaction and handle refunds case-by-case. Contact us if dissatisfied for possible solutions. Refunds may be subject to deductions for work completed. Protecting Graphic Designers' Time and Efforts Respect for Designer's Time: Excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an upgraded service level or additional fees. Clear Project Scope: Define the project scope clearly to avoid misunderstandings. Significant changes may require renegotiation and additional fees. Sample Prints and Final Deliverables: Sample prints ensure final product quality. Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats. Allow five to seven business days for print projects. General Terms Fair Use and Third-Party Content: Ensure third-party content included in designs is properly licensed. Provide proof of permission for any third-party content. Client Feedback and Approval: Provide prompt feedback to keep projects on track. Delayed feedback affects delivery timelines. Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism throughout the project.
